Fr. Perter J. Krebs, S. T., Ph.D, former director of the Shrine of St. Joseph, Stirling, N.J., founded Sacred Thread Ministries in 2014, a spirited ministry that encourages believers to discover – and enhance – God’s presence in their daily lives. A highly acclaimed homilist and retreat director, Fr. Krebs energizes the laity, priests and religious sisters to recognize they are living their best lives, regardless of what challenges they are facing, when they are encouraged to find the answer to the question ‘where is God’. His presentations reflect 47 years of priesthood with the Missionary Servants of the Most Holy Trinity. Combined with experiences as a psychologist, pastor and spiritual director, Fr. Peter engages his audiences with passionate belief in the real life inspirational stories he relates about those he has been helping find the answer to that question. Fr. Peter received his Doctorate in psychology from Seton Hall University, and has been offering private counselling and spiritual direction for the past 20 years. He is also an instructor for the AnCroi Spiritual Guidance Institute, which offers certificates in spiritual direction.
